Here are some of the characteristics that help identify those agencies that we can help the most.
The typical 6-month Accelerator Program requires a minimum $2,500 per month investment, while the 12-month version starts at $2,000 per month. Discounts are available for prepayment, and additional services can be combined with the program to increase its benefits.
For the first 90 days, we typically have weekly phone calls with Accelerator Program participants. For the second 90 days, we switch to biweekly calls. After that, we assess what makes the most sense for that particular engagement.
Yes, you will have the option to add on-site or off-site collaboration to the program. These in-person meetings can help advance the change process more rapidly.
